The less than five stars was for the fact the store was out of stock on the offered iPhone 16 in any color but pink. I hate pink! I have a blue 12 and after waiting so long to get a new phone, having to compromise the color and then the case color as well to get my phone that day was annoying. He did offer to get another color shipped, but I needed to get it done on my time frame. It is a minor point but stocking more color options will help sales and positive feedback.
