- SHSarah HendersonNov 25, 20251.0It is painfully obvious how hard this staff works, to not have to do any work. They’re all usually meandering around outside until a car pulls into the parking lot. Their number 1 strategy of “assisting” is to redirect you to a link or a self-help number so you can do their job yourself. The older blonde who seems to be the manager is extremely rude and condescending. When we brought my husband’s phone in, she asked us (from half way across the parking lot) why we were there. My husband explained that his phone was having difficulty charging, so she said “Then clean it!?” And *laughed* at him. She then proceeded to let us inside, grabbed a black bristled brush, and very abrasively scrubbed the charging port, pausing every few seconds to BANG HIS PHONE on the counter. She made sure to lay a white piece of paper down first, so that she could show us everything that “came out” (small black pieces of the bristles that had come loose from her aggressive scrubbing) - the phone still won’t work on a standard charger. Just don’t waste your time going to this location. They don’t want to help you, and they will definitely make you aware of that.
