- BBBrian BerklandOct 14, 20251.0Steer clear of these thieves. I recently got a new phone there under the condition that Verizon would pay off my old device. I have been billed the amount that they agreed to pay off, customer service is unreachable, and I have already gone into the store again to have this resolve and was told it would be. However, after all that, I still was overcharged by nearly $300 this month. I cannot get anyone to make this right so far and we'll be disputing the charge and considering legal action. Update: The response from Verizon scene below is purely lip service. Escalating this issue did absolutely nothing. I still never received a phone call and could not get anyone on the phone. Don't use Verizon.
