    My husband and I are in our late seventies. We went to Five Forks Verizon to upgrade my phone. I was lucky to have Maria assist me. She was so patient and explained everything well so that I could understand the technology of my new phone. Maria made me feel so comfortable as an older adult trying to grasp all of the information that I needed to know in order to operate this new phone. I really appreciate all of the help that she gave me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a patient sales person in a phone store.
