    I went to this store today (Simpsonville), and was helped by Dustin, who traded in my old iPhone and upgraded me to the new 17. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The customer service in this store is absolutely phenomenal. In the past few months I’ve also been helped by Nick, Steven and Tommy, who are just as knowledgeable, down to earth, and professional. I won’t be going to any other store! I’d much rather fight traffic and be helped by these guys, than to call Verizon support and be frustrated by the poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Verizon Simpsonville is the store to go to!

    DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON! I had an online order set for store pick up. Arrived the following day to pick up and was told by a lady there that she didnt have a record of it on her little ipad she was carrying around and even though I was showing her my receipt/order confirmation reflecting in-store pickup she told me I needed to go outside and call Verizon Online Order Customer Service and figure out the issue (seems like someone w/good customer service would have tried to help a customer who has been with the company for 26yrs instead of telling them to go outside and call customer service). Went outside and called 611 Verizon and got a very helpful gentleman on the phone who offered to talk to the Simpsonville, SC Verizon team member via my phone. Went back inside and was told there is now 2 people ahead of me to wait & keep this guy on hold (which he patiently did). New in-store person (will not refer to him as customer service associate, because there was no customer service provided) reluctantly talked to the nice Verizon gentleman from their 611 number who was on the phone and then basically said "here's your phone back, he will cancel the order and you can come back later & just purchase a phone in-store" ZERO care given to my time to drive 30min there, the headache with THEIR ISSUE (I had my paid order confirmation for in-store pickup), and the ZERO care given that I was missing work dealing with what should have been a 5min pickup transaction, ZERO care given that I will have to drive back again for this. Next time I will 100% visit the Verizon store in Mauldin, SC that has ALWAYS provided excellent quick professional customer care. Today was HORRIBLE dealing with such RUDE employees as the Verizon in Simpsonville, SC on Harrison Bridge Rd. I have visited this store before for an in-store online order pickup and it was seamless, but I did not see any of those gentlemen working there today. The staff present on 12/23/25 @ approximately 10:30am were not helpful and very un-customer service oriented.

    Walked in today 10/19/2025 excited to get on my Husband’s plan and order new phones. We were met with a female employee repeatedly checking her watch and telling us we must do every service over the phone. My husband just wanted to trade his phone in, she said it would take an hour to unlock is theft protection, she said she would have to take his phone, isn’t that the point of trading in a phone? It became blatantly obvious that since it was nearing the end of the day she was not interested in helping us so we left. What is the point of a local store if you are just going to get told to do everything online? Every other Verizon branch has been more than helpful during my other experiences. Not sure what this woman’s issue was today.
