We were met with a female employee repeatedly checking her watch and telling us we must do every service over the phone. My husband just wanted to trade his phone in, she said it would take an hour to unlock is theft protection, she said she would have to take his phone, isn’t that the point of trading in a phone? It became blatantly obvious that since it was nearing the end of the day she was not interested in helping us so we left. What is the point of a local store if you are just going to get told to do everything online? Every other Verizon branch has been more than helpful during my other experiences. Not sure what this woman’s issue was today.

Let Margaret or one of her wonderful team mates help you out. Online made an account transfer a nightmare, but thankfully Margaret and her team didn’t give up, after multiple visits and waiting through some troubles we got the issues fixed and are Verizon customers again. Also she helped identify how we can safe more by assisting our family with lines of service. Thank you. I hope senior management sees this to applaud the team!
