  I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this visit deserves a standing ovation. I walked in expecting the usual three hour new phone buying process, and I left feeling like a VIP. Roberto Washington went above and beyond to turn a stressful tech (VPN glitch) moment into a smooth, fun and actually enjoyable experience for me. Knowledgeable: Roberto explained options like a tech whisperer, no nonsense and he made all the decisions no-brainers’ for me. Patient: Roberto walked me through every step, even when I asked the same question four different ways because I didn’t pay attention the first three times. Proactive: Roberto spotted issues before I could blink and offered solutions that saved me time and money. Energetic: Roberto was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile that made the whole process feel effortless. Roberto even shipped my sister a new phone up to N.H. And walked her through every step! His follow-through was impeccable as he sent several follow-up texts to make sure my sister and I were taken care of! If all customer service looked this good, the line would be out the door. Verizon, you’ve got a star on your team. Roberto is the MVP of the Beaufort and Bluffton, S.C. Locations!

  Me and my boyfriend Tate went in there to pay off his phone bill and we both came out with a iphone 16!! Our sales person was Ahmad and he was an excellent sales person making sure we were okay and answering all of my questions and tate questions we had a little issues transferring my number from straight talk to verizon but at the end of the day we got it all figured out. I had an iphone 15 plus and my boyfriend had an iphone 15 pro and we traded in our phones to get newer and better ones plus more. We walked out the door with new phones new cases and screen protectors. we really appreciate you Ahmad and everything that you’ve done for us. He has went above and beyond and our experience there was amazing. I hope to do business with you again and maybe get another upgrade

  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Over a year ago I went into this location because I was having a problem with my phone that I thought they could help me with. I dealt with a salesperson named Shane and after repeated attempts to get me to purchase a new phone or upgrade they finally agreed to help me. They claimed that they were filing a claim for my phone as the problem could not be fixed and I had insurance that included extended warranty coverage and instead of filing a claim they instead tricked me into signing a new 3 year contract so they could earn a commission instead. They new that I was in a rush so they scrolled the signature pages down to the signature section so I could sign quickly and get out of there and instead of getting a replacement phone covered under warranty I was tricked into signing a whole new contract. They are thieves and snakes and only concerned with making commissions and not helping people. From now on I will only deal with the Verizon corporate store in Bluffton near Lowes as they actually attempt to help people rather than sell everyone that walks through their doors. When I recently brought to their attention what happened and that when I called to speak to a manager and employee that picked up the phone repeatedly lied to me and said that they don't have managers at that location nothing was done about it. I would caution anyone that walks into that location to consider driving further to the ACTUAL Verizon store down the road instead.
