Didn’t even end up giving me insurance contact info. No one was interested in doing anything… even standing up! I’m taking my 5 lines to another carrier. If ur staying with Verizon, go to West Ashley or Mount Pleasant.

- LLLFNov 12, 20251.0Verizon? More like Ver-I will never be going there again. Went to another location that honored my member deals (go see Dante at the Verizon in Goose Creek). I’m sure the other workers are lovely, but the man who assisted me overcharged me $650. I got my money back but am out 3 hours of my life and $55 in “restocking fees.”

- LALisa AndrusOct 6, 20255.0after 2 hours on the phone with tech support, and one visit to the Tanger store - dont ever go there, they will tell you they cant help, and they cannot. I visited the Rivers Store - everyone was so kind and thought outside the box of what they could do for me. Barbara especially spent the time with me helping me add a line to my account, after about 35 minutes, my original phone that I thought was dead, reset. I was able to get into it for the first time in 4 hours. She confirmed that I was able to use the phone, she cancelled the order we thought we were going to need. and actually showed me in the settings what I needed to uncheck so this never happened again. Wonder why tech support did not know this tidbit??? Barbara was great and the greeter was very kind. Thanks RIvers Ave.
