    I was highly dissatisfied with my “customer experience” on Dec. 21st. After receiving multiple messages from Verizon indicating my line was eligible for an upgrade, I went to this store to get more information. The first representative was nice but told me that the messages I was getting didn’t really apply to my line. I decided to go back and ask for clarification since this upgrade was something I was really looking for around the holidays. On my second visit they were busier and the first representative was not available. Unfortunately, I ended up with Robert H (beard, blue-eyed, glasses), I guess my mistake was to start the conversation with I have questions about my bill, it was clear he didn’t want to take care of me and immediately asked me just to look up whatever I needed in the app., I continued to explain the text messages, that I wanted an upgrade, etc. and he reluctantly proceeded to “take care of me.”I spent over $500 that day, and I wanted to know how my monthly bill was going to look like after the upgrade but during the whole/long interaction he just continued to be extremely short, condescending and dismissive - I guess customers shouldn’t be asking those questions? I left the store almost in tears and what it was supposed to be a great experience during the holidays turned out to be an interaction were I felt unintelligent and guilty about my decision to upgrade. We are starting to have some billing issues (which of course he didn’t mention) and a manager is supposed to be handling our case, hopefully she does a better job.

    I visited Verizon in North Augusta on Knox on ave. Mr. Wes was my rep specifically today. He was very helpful patient and AMAZING. Ask for Wes! 😊
