    On my first visit Mike took care of me. I had some issues with chat and came to the store. Mike did an excellent job handling my issues. He had to order me a new phone, and when it came in Tarell and Rachel were awesome. Tarell was super helpful and found ways to maximize the value on my plan, while Rachel kept giving solid advice. All three were awesome.

    Some people are not cut out for retail,the girl took 20 minutes on her phone to tell that my bill was going to double,what happened to the the free iPhone 17 answer you are not entitled to it.Why?She had this attitude problem from the beginning.Just walked out Verizon you lost my business.

    I had to buy a new phone after dropping my in the sewer. I went from a Samsung A54 to Samsung A36. Same price. Nothing fancy Associate was nice but transaction was all done on small pad so I could see details. Got hone and looked at email and saw a $40 upgrade fee? WTH. Called Verizon, they said call the store. No one answers. It goes back to Verizon support? Very deceptive upcharging for a 7yr customer! Some needs to credit me!

    The attention is really bad the workers seem to never want to attend to people the customer service is horrendous apparently they never have phones in the inventory they simply say order it online! If I wanted to order something online then why do I go to a store? Or what is the job of these people really? I have 7 years with Verizon paying a very high bill above $500 every month because I have several mobile equipment the least I expect is that they are kind
