He had to order me a new phone, and when it came in Tarell and Rachel were awesome. Tarell was super helpful and found ways to maximize the value on my plan, while Rachel kept giving solid advice. All three were awesome.

Nothing fancy Associate was nice but transaction was all done on small pad so I could see details. Got hone and looked at email and saw a $40 upgrade fee? WTH. Called Verizon, they said call the store. No one answers. It goes back to Verizon support? Very deceptive upcharging for a 7yr customer! Some needs to credit me!
