I have no problems with Verizon as a provider but what I do have a problem with the incompetence of the staff at this location. I broke my I phone on the 10th, I needed a new one, however I couldn’t remember my Apple ID password… INSTEAD of giving me the phone once the number was set up and allowing me to go home to reset the password myself which I suggested. Cristian I believe was her name, had me type in all my possible passwords to the point where Apple flagged my account. I am currently unable to access my account and won’t be able to for another SIX DAYS. No contacts, no apps, to bank accounts, NOTHING. Apple can’t reverse this, I can do nothing more than wait. I spent 2 hours in the store, forgetting my password is ON ME but they SHOULD know that attempting to reset the password is a better solution than doing something that screws over a customer, disrupting their daily life. Employees either need better training on Apple products OR they need to refer customers to the Apple Store. Thanks for the unnecessary stress.

This is a shady 3rd-party Verizon store. I ordered an iPhone 17 through the official Verizon app because it showed this location had the phone available for in-store pickup. I paid in full and then called the store, only to be told they didn’t actually have the phone and that it was “backordered.”
When I asked when it would come in, they couldn’t give any timeline and just told me to “keep checking.” I checked for an entire week with no updates and no phone. Then this morning I got an email from Verizon saying my order was canceled because I never picked it up — even though the store never had it in the first place.
When I called the store again, they admitted they still don’t have the phone. Then they suggested that if I cancel the order through Verizon, they could “help me get it” directly through their store. On top of that, they said their general manager told them they’re not allowed to do in-store pickups from the Verizon app anymore, which makes me wonder why the app ever showed availability here.
This feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Wasted a lot of time and money dealing with this. If you’re ordering through Verizon, avoid this location and go to a corporate Verizon store instead.

On my first visit Mike took care of me. I had some issues with chat and came to the store. Mike did an excellent job handling my issues. He had to order me a new phone, and when it came in Tarell and Rachel were awesome. Tarell was super helpful and found ways to maximize the value on my plan, while Rachel kept giving solid advice. All three were awesome.
