I have been using BIG account for 5+ years both personally and for my business/ business’s, even my kids use BIG. Moved to the beach in 2009, and had to find a top notch team to help us, accounting is such a critical piece of our business. Personally, do not write many reviews but this team is truly deserving. What initially drew me to this firm was the owner Bryce. Being Bryce added additional value with his past experience with business brokerage insurance etc. , this additional value to be able to bounce business ideas off set him apart. Being we had customers and revenue streams in multiple states, I always felt like we were a needy customer, but was always treated with a HIGH level of service I feel is rare these days. Bryce was also a HUGE help in 2022 when I sold one of my companies. Really was vital to the entire process! Everyone here has always been responsive, friendly, and eager to help. Whether it’s had been inquiry about payroll, Covid “rebates”, or accounting deduction questions concerns I always felt in great hands.
