A few days after he left we had trouble again. Fearing we lost the motor, I went through our home warranty and requested Nick to come back out even though he is out of network. Again, he responded within 15-20 mins and was able to come on the same day, just two hours after initial contact. The motor was fine and we lost a capacitor, which I understand now is impossible to predict. Nick apologized (not necessary) and fixed the capacitor free of charge with no call out fee. This saves me the fee for the home warranty as well. Nick went above and beyond with us and we plan to use his company for our future needs! You should too!

A pleasure to do business with.. Even wore little booties in the house... Very professional.. o ya, and they fixed our old system, no heavy sales pitch on its old and needs to be replaced... Will be doing business again when the time comes.
