We spent almost 3 hours in the store but it was well worth it. We saw old friends and made new. Wonderful way to spend most of my birthday. Thank you Claudia and Verizon !

When we asked to see the gentlemen that had helped us 2 weeks ago she said he was not there. We waited an hour (also saw the person). Checked the sign in sheet and my name was erased. Spoke with the manager again and she said she would help us. Moved to a table and she called tech support and handed me my phone back!!!! Wish I had the name of the tech support guy. He was very patient and even thou our session kept terminating he stayed with us. 2.5 hrs later we left the store. I have been considering switching service....and maybe still will. I am 81 and don't have the patience to deal with poor public service. I worked in public service for 37 ys...
