Been coming to them for years every month, for the same exact treatment and they consistently demand a full exam (MONTHLY) completely over charging us for the SAME problem. They are great at taking your money, but not fixing the problem or recognizing it’s a chronic issue that has been going on for years and sometimes it’s ok to just care about the family in addition to the animal. We won’t be back. UPDATE: Since I'm unable to respond to the Vet's response - when I called for an appointment I clearly communicated that there would be medicine involved (it's the same visit we do every time) and the tech scheduled our appointment with a tech instead of a doctor. We had a cytology done in July with our vet in Hilton Head that your team declined to let us use. The treatment was not different, it was absolutely the same treatment we've always received - literally for years with your office. Your vet tech even came in and told my husband after the cytology that the bacteria was different, but it was the same treatment...just like every month prior. We were there the last week of May, so the only time we skipped a cytology or vet visit was the month of June. It seems depending on who is working depends on how we are treated. Again, we are there monthly, except June/July because we were out of town. Your team should know us and our dog comes in monthly for ear cleanings, medicine drops in the ear, and librela shots.

🐾 VCA Indian Land Hospital – Compassionate, Collaborative, Exceptional Care From the moment we stepped into VCA Indian Land Hospital in April 2024, we knew we’d found a special place for our pups’ veterinary care. Our very first experience felt like more than an appointment—it was a true partnership focused on wellness. The team didn’t just treat symptoms, they listened to our pup’s entire story and educated us every step of the way. Fast forward to 2025, and our second pup joined the VCA family too. Dr. Katharyn Gilmartin, Medical Director, DVM, has earned our full trust and admiration. She embodies excellence in veterinary medicine and brings genuine heart to her work. She takes time to explain our pups’ care plans, answer our questions, and walk alongside us in making informed decisions for their health. It’s rare to find this level of care, compassion, and collaboration. VCA Indian Land Hospital, thank you for being the caregivers we hoped for—and more. You’ve become part of our extended family, and we couldn’t be more grateful! 🐕🩺💙

I've been going to Indian Land Vet for many years. Three times my dog was in need of seeing a veterinarian and three times she was turned away. I was told that they would not be able to see her or take her elsewhere. What good is a vet if when your pet gets sick they can't see them. My rating is less than 1 star. If you love your pet there's a lot better veterinarian's out there.

After having TERRIBLE experiences at another local vet I am beyond THRILLED to find Indian Land Animal Hospital... Dr.Everidge has been Caring, helpful, knowledgeable as well as the entire staff!! I worked as a Licensed Vet tech up North for 10 years and was BEYOND IMPRESSED with this facility... Immaculately clean, Friendly staff and an obvious love for animals.... I wish I would give them 100 Stars! I am so thrilled we have changed practices! I feel BLESSED to have Indian Land AH as our family Vet :)
