  I was going to rent this place for a party and the owner said this place will fit 200 people and still have space to dance. Anyways I went to check the place out and the place was way smaller than advertised. On top of that the guy said that it’s $350/hr and includes 3 free hours prior and one after yet he wanted to change me for minimum 4 hours. Also he does have speakers mounted and wanted to charge $200 extra for the speakers. He said I can bring my own alcohol but he would still charge me $20 per case of beer and $20 per bottle of wine. He said that it’s still cheaper then buying beer there if he was to serve it. I decided to go other route where things were more simpler I told the other place how many hours I need the place and they told me the price… no run around

  Great place to host a party. I celebrated my daughters first birthday last Sunday after rescheduling it once with around 80ppl with sufficient place for dance floor. Aldo was accommodating throughout, didn’t charge me extra for the reschedule. He gave me tour of the place, setup, explained charges before I confirmed the place. He followed up on the planning a week prior, hall was given the way it was promised. Infact he gave me the place an hour earlier than what we initially booked for so that I get enough time for decorations. Highly recommend!

  DO NOT USE THE MIRROR ROOM FOR YOUR EVENT! The Mirror Room owner named Aldo changes handwritten contract, terms and is not trustworthy. The security deposit of $300 for incidentals was paid. Aldo charged $175 for cleanup, even though I used one of his approved vendors that does the setup and clean up at $300. My event was on April 3, 2022 with no damage to the venue. The approved vendor did the setup and cleaned the venue after my event. It was inspected by Aldo's personnel, before the vendor departed. No damages were documented. Aldo did not pay me $300 for security deposit or the $175 for a cleanup that his company did not do. He owes me $475. I would suggest using another venue than The Mirror Room for events. If you do choose the Mirror Room, make sure you get a contract that's printed(not handwritten), dated and signed. Ensure $175 charge for cleanup is itemized.
