I purchased an Iphone for my husband's Christmas gift and went in to the Easley Verizon store the next day to get help transferring the data from his old Iphone to the new one AND to complete the trade in for the old phone. Verizon specialist Krista Roclevitch approached us and after we told her what we needed help with, she immediately told us that their store was too busy for the services we needed and we could do it ourselves. She proceeded gave us incomplete instructions and seemed annoyed. We told her that we would remain in the store to transfer the data in case we ran into any problems. After about 10 minutes of trying to transfer the data ourselves, my husbands phone stalled. We started over and it stalled again. My husband then looked to find Krista and overheard her telling another customer that should could help her transfer data on her phone. We watched as she went to the counter, sat directly across from the customer and proceeded to help her transfer data to her phone. We also noticed that the other Verizon specialists were helping customers transferred phone data.
My husband then, took his phone over to Krista and told her we were stuck, as his phone was stalling again. Then, she looked at me and said it probably wasn't transferring because his 2 phones needed to be together in order to pair and transfer (she left this information out when she rudely initially gave us instructions). She coped an attitude and tried to talk down on us, which at that point I told her "you're not talking to me like that. You can talk to my husband. I'm not the one."
It was at this point of her getting embarrassed in front of the other customers and her co-workers that she stopped helping the client who came in AFTER us and then proceeded to seem concerned to help my husband and I. After she helped complete the data transfer, she then realized that we needed to trade in the old Iphone (we told her this when she first approached us, but she was too busy trying NOT to help us that she forgot that part).
We left the store feeling that WE did something wrong when in fact we did not. We noticed and nearly every customer who came in that morning while we were there was getting the same, exact service that we had told Krista we needed help with. Why were we told that the store was too busy to help with what we needed when no one else WHILE WE WERE THERE was told that. Whoever is managing the Easley Verizon store needs to take a good look at its customer service policies and procedures and train all staff to treat and assist every customer EQUALLY when they walk in that door.
And let me add that we've been Verizon customers for OVER 30 years!!!

AFTER 6 YEARS OF MY LOYALTY:
This is the corporate verizon store in easley sc. They kept pushing deals on me, wifi boxes, all kinds of things, to try for one month free and then if unsatisfied, you can cancel. I never used that wifi box or their service, I had switched to Spectrum Charter, I even paid off the lastest galaxy smartwatch as well as the fastest galaxy ultra phone as well as countless other things, paid everything off and asked them to unlock the devices and let me switch to another carrier, I spent an hour and 15 minutes over the phone, I kept trying to return their wifi box (NEVER USED BUT JUST PUSHED ON ME), NEVER EVEN OPENED THE BOX, this store refused to let me return it, they literally said I had to take it home or send it through a USPS carrier. No big deal, I tried usps but VERIZON sent me an incorrect shipping label, after 2 hours over the phone with them, they promised another, NEVER SENT IT TO ME, I went to the Easley Verizon store and literally dropped off this wifi box, in their hands, calmly told them that I switched carriers and left that wifi box placed in the hands of the employees. (IT FELT AS IF I WAS DINE AND DASHING BUT WITHOUT ANY PERKS OR BENEFITS, LIKE I WAS DROPPING OFF THE CHILD OF SOMEBODYS THAT DID NOT BELONG TO ME AND THEY DIDNT WANT !!! AND THE LIEEEEES ! IM STRICTEN WITH GRIEF, EMOTIONAL HEALTH AT A FLAT-LINE, DRAGGING MY KIDS DOWN WITH ME, TYPE OF BS !
Everyday I received calls and texts that I need to come pick up that box ! I LITERALLY HAD TO GO BACK PICK IT UP AND VERIZON CREATE ANOTHER FALSE LABEL...
SO I FINALLY GET ANOTHER VERIZON OFFICE ON THE PHONE, EXPLAINED THAT:
Something they pushed on me, that I never used, and tried to return after their word of saying I could easily return ! I even paid off all devices and already switched to Spectrum Charter !!! I had just paid for the cremation of my mother and the burial of my 24 year old baby brother and in so damn much debt, was the reason for my switching to another, cheaper carrier, cause I have three young children that I am unable to celebrate the holidays with now, and these children were with me, AT THIS VERIZON STORE, after working a full 3rd shift 13 hour shift at my job, I had to drag my children with me to THIS VERY VERIZON, which another verizon (over the phone) told me, that I was FULLY ABLE TO TURN THIS WIFI BOX BACK INTO THIS STORE, YET THIS STORE KEPT TELLING ME NO !
finally with the help of somebody over the phone, kids and I sitting 2 hours in this verizon store, they finally admit that they can take back their property, McDonald's had closed so my promise to my kids great behavior, reward was dead and gone, all of us in tears and the sympathy of they staff, they said I somehow owed a balance of 177.75, in which they promised to waive after all our wasted time, energy and money, THE WASTED TIME WAS WORSE THAN WASTED MONEY.... they promised to waive this and still, of course didn't and now DEBT COLLECTORS ARE HARRASSING ME AMD STILL WORKING MY WAY OUT OF DEBT FROM EVERYTHING, STG, I HATE VERIZON, MY CHILDREN AND THEIR OFFSPRING WILL HATE VERIZON AND SO MANY FRIENDS WARNED ME !
All of my friends from Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina East coast, know and refuse verizon, we've all switched to CHARTER SPECTRUM.
