    Purchased a “lifetime” screen protector after being convinced to do so by the sales department here for $64, price seemed crazy but I was told all I need is the box and the replacement is easy and no questions asked. I tried to get a replacement after a small crack appeared and the company (Zagg) told me I needed a receipt despite what Verizon told me. I didn’t have it since I was told I only need the box, so I go to the store to get a new receipt printed (it’s only been just over a month) and I was told they can’t give me a receipt even though they found it in their system, remembering me and the transaction and me showing proof with my bank statements. The final solution was that I could purchase another “lifetime” screen protector to get a new receipt. Finally got ahold of the company “Zagg” and they thought it was absolutely ridiculous they couldn’t provide a receipt and actually convinced me to write this review. Disappointed I ever spent my money here. I also talked to Verizon customer service and they said the store 100% has a way of either printing the receipt or using my info to create a new receipt and told me to go back and demand a receipt. I do not wish to go through all that. Wild a store and its own customer service have very different opinions on what can be done.

    This is the WORST Verizon store anywhere. This is the second time they have kicked me out over NOTHING. You’re met with attitude as soon as you walk in the door. They just kicked me out of the store threatening to call the police, claiming I wasn’t an account manager on my OWN account. Cyrus and whoever the manager is are sad, miserable little men. I’ve been trying to get a new phone from Verizon for 2 months. Their customer service over the phone, and in store is just sad and despicable. The little boys who work in this store are trash. T-Mobile is so much better. I recommend if you want, at the least, DECENT customer service, DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON STORE. Lmaoo

    This store is nothing but a SCAM! I bought a new phone and was told by the sales person that it would be free of charge to keep a line on my old phone that I would no longer be using.I noticed months later that my bill was a lot more than what I was told it would be at the time of purchasing my new phone.I go into the store to ask about it and find out that I was charged an activation fee for a new line on my old phone and I’m being charged monthly for that line on my old phone.The sales person helping me went to talk to the manager and the manager pretty much said he wasn’t going to adjust it and the sales person told me to call Verizon loyalty department. I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon explaining the situation and trying to prove to them that I didn’t authorize a new line.Why would I add a new line to a broken iPhone 7 when I purchased a new phone??They are LIARS at this store and they hope you don’t look at your bill to check to see if all of the monthly charges are legitimate.LOOk AT YOUR BILL if you have any dealings with this store.
