    This Verizon store is staffed with some of the most non-customer service friendly employees I have met. I called the store to tell them I was doing an early upgrade and would like to pick up the phone and transfer my storage at home, like it allows you to do online. The staff member told me I could absolutely do that, and he would set the phone aside. I drove to the store and was greeted by someone who was scrolling on her phone and barely made eye contact once. She was incredibly blunt and told me that I could in fact, not do that and I could only upgrade in the store. Unfortunately, I don’t have three hours to wait in the store today so I said oh well and left. I then proceeded to call the store and figure out who gave in-correct information and once again someone incredibly unfriendly answered the phone. I expressed my concern with the staff giving conflicting information. He said that his staff know exactly what they’re doing and asked me if I needed anything else or if he could get off the phone. Don’t waste your time at this location.

    I had an outstanding experience at this Verizon store. Niko was exceptional—professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He transferred all of my data from my old phone (which had shocked me an overheated often) to my new device quickly and flawlessly. My husband and I were out of town when this happened, and the team stepped in to help us without hesitation. Their customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Thank you, Niko, and the rest of the staff—you turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend this location!

    Nicolas helped my granddaughter and myself today and did a great job helping us understand the trade-in process! He was very professional, knowledgeable about all products, and very personable. I would say he is a great asset to Verizon and grateful for his help!

    I had an 11am appointment and was called on time to sign in and be helped by Erik. Customer service over the phone could not resolve my issue and immediately indirectly went to saying that I needed a new phone.., thank goodness I had an appointment with Erik this morning who actually took my phone and less than one minute had my phone up and running emails text messages all coming through. Erik did a hard reset something customer service did not even think about he was very helpful and showed me how to go back in and reset my Apple password I spent less than 10 minutes at this location and got the best customer service ever. Ever Erik has a great personality and I appreciated his help and kindness doing such a crazy day.. on the phone with customer service for two hours without resolution.

    Walked in to try and upgrade my phone today along with my wife’s and waited about 10mins before walking back out since not one employee said hello or asked me if I needed any help. They could’ve at the very least told me how long the wait would be since they were helping other clients which is understandable but to be ignored and not valued as a customer is just unacceptable. I’ve worked in sales for 6 years and not one person in that store showed any sign of helping me anytime soon. That’s just poor service and poor salesmanship. Even the manager on duty it looked like didn’t seem to care to help us or the other people that were waiting.
