  Jakai Wright and Greg completely turned my day around! I came in feeling frustrated and unsure about my phone situation, but they both went above and beyond to help me. Jakai was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient — exactly what great customer service should look like. Not only did he point me in the right direction, but they also made sure I left with a smile on my face. I’m so grateful for their support and professionalism. As long as I’m in South Carolina, this will be the only location I go to. Highly recommended!

  My recent visit to a Verizon store was a profoundly disappointing experience, marked by hidden fees and misleading sales tactics. What started as a simple phone upgrade quickly became a frustrating ordeal as the sales representative, while initially personable, was conspicuously vague about the final cost. I was later shocked to find unexpected “setup fees” that was never properly disclosed, all of which inflated the final bill. When I questioned these discrepancies, the representative became defensive, pointing to he said “taxes and fees”. This lack of transparency and poor customer service made it clear that the store's priority was not customer satisfaction but rather maximizing profits through deceptive practices.
