  Keith Chambers is one of the best associates I have the please of dealing with in a long time. I was ready to transfer my services to a competitor. Keith took the time to get me on the phone with the right people, and helped take care of the situation. This was above and beyond what he needed to do. He could have just given me the phone number and sent me on my way. He didn’t do that, he helped explain to the service rep on the phone what the issue was, and stayed with me the entire time. This was a complicated situation, but he was extremely helpful. And he knew that there was no commission in this for him, but he still wanted to make it work. He helped keep a customer. I’ve been a customer for almost 25 years. And was ready to bail Thanks Keith!

  KEVIN! KEVIN! KEVIN! I stopped by the Killian Rd store on 6/11/25 because I was having issues with my Samsung (S22 Ultra) and I didn't know how to fix it. Kevin asked to hold my phone and I handed it to him, and I was steady talking--telling him what I thought was wrong--and he handed it back to me and asked, "Is this okay now?" And I was like, "Dude you are awesome! What did you do?" He explained everything to me; asked if I really wanted the app that I accidently turned on, and I said, "No, I do NOT!" and he removed it. He asked if there was anything else he could do for me, and I said, "Well yes, maybe you could help me recover some pics that got lost on my phone and I don't know what happened to them" and he asked to hold my phone again, while I was explaining to him what I did. I told him they were some vacation photos while we were in TN and I had a lot of bear photos all around our cabin, and he said, "these photos?" and i was like, "Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you found them! The grandkids will be happy!" I told him he was absolutely awesome and gave him a high five and left. I can't say enough about him-- he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and... AWESOME! So go see Kevin at the Verizon store on Killian Rd in front of the Walmart! You couldn't pick anyone better! Thanks Kevin!

  This was hands-down, the best cell service in store experience I’ve ever had. I called Verizon to try to get help with the horrible cell coverage in my area. The representative told me to find a corporate store in my area, by using Google and calling each store to find a corporate one. So I called the store, which was the first one on my list and I was connected to Patrick who gave me the Corporate store address but then asked if there’s anything he could do. I talked to him for about 10 minutes during which time he gave me Bible solutions for my issues and within 20 minutes I was at the store. Patrick is so knowledgeable, helpful, and sincere. I truly felt that he cared about the issues that I have been dealing with. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

  Whole staff rude, a poor team of employees. I see nothing but bad reviews, and it makes sense. Can’t believe they still have jobs, not professional in the slightest way. Definitely wouldn’t patronize this place.
