  Rushed in after my phone was having issues to see if they could help. The guy barely looked at me while I was explaining and continually cut me off only apologizing for it like the 4th time he did it. Once he realized I wasnt the primary account holder and couldnt make changes to the account (aka couldnt make the executive decision to upgrade to a new phone which he claimed was the only solution since my phone is getting older) he promptly told me they were closed and I needed to leave. It was 7:02 (when I got back in my car) and I was trying to ask a few simple questions like what phones they had in stock and when they would be available and he kept just reminding me I wasnt the account holder anyway. So much for just wanting to help someone. I know its annoying to stay late but I was clearly already wrapping up the conversation and getting ready to leave but he had to be blatantly obvious that if he wasnt going to be able to make a sale right then I needed to get out immediately. Funny thing is, I do plan to buy another phone soon but im certainly not going back to that location.

  We’ve been customers with Verizon for over 25 years. The Verizon service at the Killian Road store is top notch! We worked with Caitlin to upgrade three phones and add a fourth line for our daughter as a surprise birthday gift. She was so patient and answered all of our questions. We can’t think her enough for being so warm and welcoming and making sure we were all set! We will definitely be back to visit her for our next Verizon service! Thank you an again, Caitlin!   I received service today at Killian Road in Columbia, South Carolina and was helped by Keith. He provided all the necessary information and was able to transfer my information to the other phone. He was very understanding and I appreciate all of his quality and professional customer service. He did a GREAT job!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👏🏽

  Keith Chambers is one of the best associates I have the please of dealing with in a long time. I was ready to transfer my services to a competitor. Keith took the time to get me on the phone with the right people, and helped take care of the situation. This was above and beyond what he needed to do. He could have just given me the phone number and sent me on my way. He didn’t do that, he helped explain to the service rep on the phone what the issue was, and stayed with me the entire time. This was a complicated situation, but he was extremely helpful. And he knew that there was no commission in this for him, but he still wanted to make it work. He helped keep a customer. I’ve been a customer for almost 25 years. And was ready to bail Thanks Keith!

  Keith Chambers from Verizon store in Columbia, SC located on Killian Rd…..boy…..I could never forget how much of not only a reasonable level headed sales representative but assured I was comfortable, needed anything, had any questions or concerns, went over things with top tier knowledge making me feel & know I am in good hands :) he is one of a kind sales representative definitely left lasting impression!!!
