    The absolute best experience I have ever had at Verizon!! Sharon helped me through the very difficult process of working through assurian coverage. She went above and beyond in every way. Can’t say enough about how impressed I was by the service. Wish I could give them 6 stars!

    Was a Verizon customer for 15 years… switched to another carrier and went to pay my final bill. Went in because couldn’t pay online (see below). Representative got to me within about 3 min so short wait but… when I inquired as to getting a copy of my final bill, she said I could not get a copy or printout. I asked why and she said would be sent to my house. Kept telling me no. I escalated to manager, same rep told me manager was “in a meeting”. So I called customer service and while in store and while on hold the rep in store finally gave me a paper copy of my bill. So she had lied in saying she could not give me a copy. Then I tried to pay and their terminal accepted the payment but then the rep told me the payment was not going through in their actual system. She couldn’t see the payment on her iPad which was logged into the system. She was kind and considerate in not running my card again, gave me a phone call link to customer service who called me and I had to spend 20 min on phone trying to pay the final bill. They tried to charge me a $10 fee to pay by phone but I explained the situation and they finally after checking and discussing it for 5 minutes waived the fee. This all started because Verizon sent email saying I could do this online even if account was closed. Could not access account in any way shape or form online. Once your account is closed it’s impossible to do anything in your account online. How could they possibly want a return customer again someday if they make this kind of havoc for a long time paid on time every time customer?
