He explained each plan on each of our lines and helped change us to a new plan at a lower cost. He was also able to set us up with new phones at no cost to us (besides taxes) with waived upgrade fees and a free line & phone with no activation charge. He walked us through exactly what we needed to know and do moving forward. We left pleased with the service we received and confident in our decision to stay.
