I just received the bill from Verizon. I called their customer service line. They said Dennis took it upon himself to add an apple family subscription to my daughter’s line consider my daughter did not close out the deal with him. She picked up her phone from somebody else.. I called the store and complained about this fraudulent activity because it is fraud when you add something to a customers account that they do not approve of I think we need to start prosecuting people like this since they get Commission. Store manager was supposed to call me back today, November 3. No returns call I would never do business with this store again furthermore, I think Verizon wireless has terrible customer service poor responses from managers beware of Dennis if you’re gonna do business in this store like I said, they have to start prosecuting these employees. I would love to see something that my daughter signed, adding this onto the bill Come on Dennis prove me wrong. I’m calling you out. Show me a signed document that my daughter has signed with her handwriting approving this. I’m thinking about filing a police report because this isn’t the first time of Verizon wireless representative has done this adding things to accounts fraudulently they need to be held accountable for their actions and prosecuted
