  Very disappointing experience with Vidéotron. Even though my account was no longer active, payments continued to be charged for months without my knowledge. By the time I discovered the issue, I had paid nearly $2000 in error. Despite multiple calls and many hours spent following up, I still have no resolution or refund. I keep being told to wait, with no concrete action taken. This shows a serious lack of accountability and transparency toward customers. I expect a full reimbursement and a proper resolution as soon as possible.

  We recently visited the Videotron store in Alexis Nihon and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by James. I cannot overstate how fantastic my experience was. From the moment I walked in, James was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive. We came in with a pesky, ongoing issue that had been frustrating us for ages, and we were prepared for another complicated, unhelpful conversation. James changed that completely. He listened carefully, understood the root of the problem without any judgment, made phone calls and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. His knowledge was impressive, but it was his patience and determination that truly stood out. He didn't rest until he had explored every option and finally... finally!, solved that old problem for good. James turned what could have been a stressful visit into a relief. He is a huge asset to the Videotron team and exemplifies what customer service should be: understanding, supportive, and effective. Thank you again, James and the Alexis Nihon Videotron team, for providing such a positive and solution-oriented experience. You’ve earned a customer for life.
