    When walking into Verizon I was greeted by Abigail. She was very helpful, kind and informative from the start and helped me thoroughly with the transition to my new Ipad. She was also helpful with letting me know about upgrading my phone. I will be heading back to Verizon to see Abigail. The entire staff was wonderful as well.

    My mom and dad still have a land line through Verizon. They have had issues with it in the past and Dan came to help. They have been having issues again with no ability to receive calls. When my mom called to ask for service help, Dan immediately helped them restore their service! He remembered both their names from helping them before and made it a priority. MOST EXCELLENT customer service. They are elderly and my dad has dementia and they rely on the home phone. Not sure if this will ever get to Dan as I'm not sure if it's linked to a local office, but THANK YOU!!! Your help is truly appreciated. It was for today (9/24/2025).
