My husband and I went in not knowing what to expect, especially after dealing with an online rep who wasn’t really understanding what we wanted when trying to start us on a new plan. As soon as we walked into the store, we were assisted by Ricardo and Naz — and I have absolutely no complaints. They were the perfect duo! They listened, understood exactly what we needed, and went above and beyond to help us switch from our old company to them. Truly a great duo. Highly recommend! Thank you guys 🙂

I was told Yes. as we sat there waiting we were entertained by an un happy customer yelling for a good 20 mins and got up and left. A manager was also involved in this. I understand the customer was not happy and it kept escalating. At some point when you have a store full of customers which it was you need to take this conversation elsewhere. But anyway I was told by Janissa I believe that is her name 3 times they had the phone. she kept going in the back room and was worried about upgrading my husband's phone. I said he is not here to upgrade my husband's phone. I am just getting this phone for my son. Again now we were told he was getting the silver phone. At this point I was leaving my son was handling the rest of purchase to be called to come back and get him after 1 hour of 30 minutes to find out they don't have the phone. Don't waste my time i specifically asked the minute I walked in and was told 3 times we have the phone and the color is silver. I went back to get my son asked for her card to take this matter higher was told don't have a business card. I can see why. I will say on a happier note I contacted verizon in Mountian Top and spoke to Naomi and she said yes they have the phone and she will wait for us to get there because the store closes at 7. I had nothing but an amazing experience there. Was told everything I needed to know about fees and my son was happy and we walked out of the store at 7:05. I know now where to go for my Verizon needs. Well worth the 15 minute drive for the best service. I didn't want to even give 1 star review
