- RNRobert NoirOct 26, 20251.0We went there last month looking to upgrade a phone and lower the overall plan costs. The one staff person there had no understanding of how to operate their system. It was before a Steelers game and he was more interested in putting the game on the store T.V. than helping us. The free phone upgrade ended up being a lie and now our bill is higher than it was before we went in. The phone transfer also failed due to lack of internet in the store (verizon sells internet services) and we had to reset and fix it at home. If I could rate 0 stars I would, avoid this store. The others in the area are far more thorough and helpful.
