  I have been using this store location for 10 years and it always is a great experience. This time I was supported by the tech, Diamond, who was supper helpful and efficient. He knew all the plans and options and was able to get out account updated with new phones and manage the overall costs with great pricing. Made it easy and low-pressure - and fast! Great store, great tech support in Diamond.

  Today 1/7/2026 I went to the store with issues.my tablet was showing 4G on it but couldn’t open YouTube and chrome couldn’t open internet too. Indian guy told me they have a SIM card for 30$. And I decided to pay of my tablet and get the new tablet with new SIM card. Indian guy told me there will be a 40$ set up fee. He wanted me pay him 40$ to just turn on my new tablet!😳I told him I just need a tablet with the working internet.he sold me a new tablet with the same issue with no internet. And he wanted me leave like that,because they have bad service in Verizon store 🤣. One more new thing I heard from Indian guy today (sorry I don’t remember his name that’s why calling him indian guy because of his accent) they have a tablet for 305$ for sale,if you want to buy it you will have to pay 100$ more of the price so he tried sale me for 405$ plus Tax.

  Jerome helped me out regarding my new phone. I had a problem he could not resolve but told me to call tech support and they would help me. And they did. I am grateful that he helped me. He was very polite and respectful
