At the time there was this gentlemen ( Michael Shanghala ) in there at the time trying to get a new phone himself. The manager, Josh, a very outstanding gentleman himself. The amount of nonsense Josh went through for hours from another phone company just to get a forwarding number to hook Michael up with a phone was unbelievable. Josh stayed cool, calm and collective the whole entire time. The 3 of us told jokes, had some laughs and learned a little about each other while Josh was put on hold by the other phone company. Not only can you get a new phone at that store, you can get a new friend as well. Verizon! If you read these, just know that Josh is a great asset to your company. Josh, thanks for hooking me up with the phone I wanted and setting it all up for me.
