- MEMichelle EnosNov 14, 20251.0We bought phones from Josh who was amazing but came back in a few Saturdays ago with questions and met a Jeff or Jim not 100% sure but he told us Josh was no longer with the company which happens but when we asked him questions about our bill and some technical questions he ignored us. He proceeded to help customers who came in after us and left us sitting alone in our chairs and helped people who were buying phones. He could have cared less about us so we drove all the way to Jamestown to get help and our questions answered. Unfortunately I will never shop in warren again, Josh was the only positive in the store in years!
