    Worst store EVER..they have a scam going on where they give older people (who don't know what kind of phones they are getting) new phones and tell them they are the ones they asked for and then when you realize they are not and try to take them back...they charge u $50 restocking fee...BEWARE they take full advantage of people

    Horrible. Bought a $50 screen saver that fell off in 5 days. Seems like employees are pushed by higher management to make sales and not care about customers. Tried to return the $50 screen saver and was told I had to notify the Screensaver company about the warranty and then was ignored after so I just left. I do not blame the employees though. In my opinion it's higher management lining their own pockets rather than customer care. Cut higher management salaries who do nothing and give it to the employees because without great employees you have nothing. In my opinion an employee can only succeed on the leadership they have not being pressured to line higher management pockets by selling $50 Screensavers that dont work. If I was the Ceo of verizon I would get rid of all the greedy higher management and start all over and start taking care of their employees. Because without employees there would not be any billionaires in this world.

    Horrible service......they were supposed to connect me with an agent......instead....I keep getting disconnected. Ridiculous....maybe my phone bill payment should be disconnected.

    I had an issue with return equipment after closing my mother’s account. There was an incorrect charge. I walked in and explained the problem and they teamed up to address the issue. Christopher spent over an hour on the phone to get the charge refunded. I appreciate the dedication to quality customer service (funny part, I’m not a Verizon customer).
