Tried to return the $50 screen saver and was told I had to notify the Screensaver company about the warranty and then was ignored after so I just left. I do not blame the employees though. In my opinion it's higher management lining their own pockets rather than customer care. Cut higher management salaries who do nothing and give it to the employees because without great employees you have nothing. In my opinion an employee can only succeed on the leadership they have not being pressured to line higher management pockets by selling $50 Screensavers that dont work. If I was the Ceo of verizon I would get rid of all the greedy higher management and start all over and start taking care of their employees. Because without employees there would not be any billionaires in this world.

I walked in and explained the problem and they teamed up to address the issue. Christopher spent over an hour on the phone to get the charge refunded. I appreciate the dedication to quality customer service (funny part, I’m not a Verizon customer).
