She was not able to complete a single task without asking for help from another male associate (who honestly was helping her and two other customers). The associate I worked with said the Russel employee I spoke with on the phone lied to me about start up fees and told me that you can never trust their call center. Her words “They lie all the time”. She was combative with every question I asked. At one point, I asked for a refund and I would go elsewhere, and she said I wasted too much of her time and she would rather be Christmas shopping than dealing with customers. At every other store, they have an iPad and sit right in front of you with your phones you are purchasing. This store, the associate was at a desktop computer far away from me and had to keep yelling my personal information across the store. It was very strange and uncomfortable. In the end, I left with my phone, and got in the car to realize she didn’t give me the phone I originally asked for! She gave me an IPhone Pro not Pro Max! I am now stuck with the wrong phone for 3 years! I will NEVER return to this store. This was the most frustrating transaction I have made in years.
