- PKpatty kunes6 days ago5.0With all sincerity, my two and a half hour visit to the local Verizon store on North Atherton Street in State College could not have been more pleasant nor could it have been more helpful. Initially I thought I wanted to switch our account to the business account assuming it would be a cost savings to us. I met with the business salesperson, Adam, who went through exactly what it would look like if we switched. Once we realized that would not be a good fit for us, the service didn’t stop there. Adam brought Steven to help from the consumer side. Recognizing our loyalty with Verizon, he quickly took steps to apply discounts meant specifically for customers who have remained with Verizon for so many years. This was above and beyond our expectations and once again, the kindness didn’t stop there. Stephen, being an excellent listener and even better customer service representative, understood that the rising cost of our account was why I stopped in and he was going to make sure that I left with as good of a membership/account or better for less money. When all was said and done, we have 3 new phones, a smaller bill moving forward and better service for our phones. A lot happened during this visit and my review may not be exactly clear but suffice it to say, Adam, Stephen and Michael (forgot to mention Michael) worked hard to make me a happy customer today and for that, we are incredibly thankful and will remain loyal customers of Verizon.

I’ve had no access to visual voicemail since my switch from AT&T. I was done with the process and decided to just buy a new phone. I was helped by Keyshawn in store. Within 10 minutes he had corrected an issue that I had no less than 7 hours of tech support time. Unless I am without absolutely any other options I will seek out this store and specifically Keyshawn for any of my cellular needs.
