    The person who helped me was Michael F. My emails would not load. He showed me how to empty my cashe and safely disallow many of the dozens of unwanted emails I get daily. I can't speak highly enough of his courtesy, knowlege and willingness to help.

    First visit to replace my phone was awful - long wait and a Verizon rep who was clueless so I left with no phone. Second visit a few weeks later was the opposite. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted quickly. The rep, Michael, was knowledgeable and efficient and found me a deal for a new phone that I didn't know was available.

    My new phone’s SIM card wouldn’t activate for whatever reason so I went into the store for help, and they couldn’t access the account, and instead of being helpful and calling care for me since I did not have a working phone, they made my father who was at his work doing his job call instead, and they still couldn’t help me. Then they finally let me use a store phone which hung up automatically after 5 mins because it’s a demo, and even after all that still didn’t offer to call for me once again just telling me it have my father do it. It took care 15 mins to re activate the sim. If only the store representatives were as helpful. The only thing they seemed to care about was the fact that I bought my phone straight from apple instead of their store.
