    I have been to this store more than I every should have! I should start by saying that Chase was wonderful to work with and very kind, but I have now been back four times to get my phone set up AND its still not correct. The MOD today was very rude and dismissive of me AND Chase when he was asking questions. I wish I could have just walked out, but unfortunately they were doing something with my phone. I just reviewed the 10 receipts I came home with for certain things and they mis-charged and misrepresented fees. Never again! I hate to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately the management in this location lacks professionalism.

    I called customer service who didn't know how to help me so she said for me to go to a Verizon store. I did this and then after going to the Verizon store for help they said the same thing customer service said that "this is above my pay grade" and the store then told me to call the customer service number for help! I then spent a hour and fourth five minutes on the phone getting the refund of money that they took out of my account that they shouldn't have. Very very poor customer service!
