We came into this Verizon store today with a long-standing issue involving several hotspots we had acquired between May and July 2025. From the moment we walked in, Mark and Thiago stood out as the most professional and genuinely caring Verizon team members we’ve ever met. They listened carefully, understood our nonprofit’s unique situation, and went above and beyond to help us navigate this complicated issue. Even though they couldn’t fully resolve it on-site, they gave us the exact information and steps we needed to finally move forward and return the devices properly. Their professionalism, patience, and expertise truly set a new standard for customer care.
