Stephanie was phenomenal. She was helpful patient and kind. She helped with every step of the process and even stayed late. You are lucky to have such an impressive employee

Absolute worst sales experience of my life. Worse than any car salesman I've ever dealt with. I went in the Monday night before Thanksgiving with a cracked phone screen, needed a functional phone ASAP as I was traveling for the holiday. The only person working was a dark haired guy probably in his mid 20s (no idea what his name is, no name tag and he didn't introduce himself). He did not try to address the broken phone at all, just immediately started with the hard sell. First it was "you can get a free phone if you buy another line, just give it to someone else or keep it in a drawer for backup." Then it was "actually you're due for an upgrade, pay your old phone off and you can get a discount on the new one." However, when I tried to get specifics about what my payments would be and how my bill would be affected, he wrote down a bunch of irrelevant and confusing numbers on a piece of paper that didn't really explain anything. Sales Guy also repeatedly INFORMED (not asked) me about new perks and services he'd added to my plan without really explaining any of them, then made belittling comments when I told him I didn't want them. Thinking I had no choice but to get a new phone, I looked at the available selection and told Sales Guy repeatedly that I wanted something smaller because my S23 Ultra is too big and hurts my hands, but he kept pushing the bigger phones anyway. It turned out I would only be eligible for the quoted discount on the new phone if I traded my old one in, and I would have to get the old one fixed regardless to get all my photos (8 years' worth) off it. 45 minutes later I was ready to pay for a phone I didn't want but thought I'd be SOL without, when Sales Guy told me the POS system was down and asked me to fill out a paper so his coworker could run the payment the next day. I was not comfortable with this and said so, which he brushed off. It finally dawned on me that if I had to get my screen replaced anyway I might as well just continue using the old phone. When I asked the sales guy to confirm, his verbatim response was, "Well that's pretty rude to me." As if I owed him a sale for the 45 minutes he spent not helping me and trying to upsell a bunch of stuff I didn't want. When I told him I didnt appreciate the pushiness or the risk of leaving my payment info on a piece of paper and wouldn't be buying a phone after all, this guy literally told me to "take your phone and get out" because "I don't need this shit." I got my screen repaired the next day and still had to go to the real Verizon store to get it working again because my eSIM had been disabled. Phone works fine now but I still have to call customer service again because there's a $40 charge on my monthly bill for an upgrade I didn't get. Don't go to this store unless you enjoy being ripped off and sworn at.

Needed a new screen saver. I was approached as soon as I walked in the door. The customer service rep cleaned my phone applied the screen saver and cashed me out in moments. It was a great experience
