    My partner and I went here on Saturday evening to switch from our respective carriers to Verizon together. The wait to be helped was short. Dan was extremely kind, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The entire ordeal took probably about two hours to get our numbers carried over, service switched and new phones activated, but it didn't feel like it. Dan helped make sure we received as many discounts as were relevant to us as well.

    I went into the store on a Saturday morning to get 2 new iphones and switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. On Monday morning the new phones were still not working and I called Verizon. Verizon said that the store had not entered our accounts yet into the system and I had to go back to the store to get the issue resolved. I went back to the store and Marcie blamed Verizon but it was their fault if they had not entered the accounts yet into the system. Spent another hour and a half with her trying to fix my account and my phones. She put my line on a business esim on the phone and said that was correct. When I got home I still could not text correctly and found out that my voicemail was not working. I called Verizon tech support to get the phone reset again and fixed properly because Marcie did not fix anything on the phones and sent me out of the store with phones that still did not work. I spent another couple hours on the phone with Verizon Tech Support to fix what she did and get the phones working properly. I spent a good 8 hours getting my account and these phones fixed after what this store did.

    Do not recommend. We moved our business lines here and are paying more then double of what we agreed upon in store. This was for four phones that we already owned and nothing else. Now our bill is more than double of what was agreed and nearly $100 more then we paid with AT&T. Bill projection for next month is even higher then this month for four basic phone lines. Caitlyn the manager is unreachable and as we keep getting charged more each month, Nolan the manager tells us “he’s trying”. They are deceptive and lie right to your face. Verizon direct asked us to speak with their fraud department over this so that’s our next step I guess until this is resolved?

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! Extremely frustrated with them!!!! We have been getting the run around from Caitlin and Anthony regarding our bill since we started with Verizon. We were told our bill would be $118/m brining over our own devices yet when our first bill came it was $249, they credited us the difference and told us it would be fixed the next month. The 2nd month came in and the bill was $280. Caitlin no longer responds and Anthony said he would fix it before the billing date. Well the money just got pulled from my bank account and the billing issue was not fixed! It was a complete bait and switch scenario promising you low cost phone service then getting billed for a completely different amount than discussed. Our next month bill is showing a projection of $340 🤯😡😡!!
