We were advised from Pottstown store to use this location to handle a situation that Pottstown was "not able" to manage. As we were greeted when we walked in, we were told that "wasn't something handled here" and was directed to call customer service...ok...fine. Then we needed to pay a bill which the worker pointed to behind him and we were told to use one of the kiosk machines. Well, we never had used one before and did not know the process or what machine was what. Come to find out (after standing there for 3 mins trying to figure it out) we weren't using the right machine. You would think the guy would have told us that as he saw us standing there looking clueless as he knew we were trying to pay a bill. But, only after the fact told us that wasn't the right machine when we again had to ask him for help. Long story short, we felt like they had zero interest in trying to help us and more concerned with just walking around the store. Mind you, there was one other person in the store at the time. Which is disappointing as we have been long time customers with Verizon and never usually have customer service issues. On a positive note, calling Verizon customer service was smooth and VERY helpful. Shoutout to Alec for helping us!
