    I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for many years, but this experience left me frustrated. I canceled the Disney, Hulu, and ESPN bundle through the Verizon app to open a Hulu + Live TV account. The app said I’d still have access until November 8, which kept my Hulu account linked and prevented me from signing up for Hulu Live. I spent hours trying to get help, but the issue wasn’t resolved. I hope Verizon improves communication and support for loyal customers.

    Worst store around don't go here. I got the old fashion run around they up sold me a watch and then it stopped working and it's under warranty and they don't want to replace it. They can't help you in store for anything... I will be telling all my associates not to go to Verizon ever again.
