Hello there! My name is Bella, and today me and my family has come here to get my sister a new phone, since hers recently broke. My mother is very inpatient and I apologized to the worker today. I'm not sure who it was, I didn't get to read the name tag. It was a female, thats all I got. Whoever you are, just know I'm apologizing on my mother's behalf of her actions. It was not your fault. You look like you're new-ish and may not have too much experience with this. No shame whatsoever. I've been here multiple times, and usually everything goes well my mother just has a temper.
