Hello there! My name is Bella, and today me and my family has come here to get my sister a new phone, since hers recently broke. My mother is very inpatient and I apologized to the worker today. I'm not sure who it was, I didn't get to read the name tag. It was a female, thats all I got. Whoever you are, just know I'm apologizing on my mother's behalf of her actions. It was not your fault. You look like you're new-ish and may not have too much experience with this. No shame whatsoever. I've been here multiple times, and usually everything goes well my mother just has a temper. And today, tech issues happen. She had no right to say what she said to the worker. I hope you have a better day. Today was not your fault ❤.

Definitely go see Ian here, he will take care of you. He is very friendly and helpful as well as gets stuff handled. Cricket needs to promote Ian or something.

The worker there was very polite and helpful. We made his job difficult after everything we were asking. He nailed it. Very professional and knowledgeable.
