Once the gaff was discovered i waited another 3 weeks, still on call confirm it ready for pickup. Manager tried talking over me to solve the issue. Terriblemanagemen!

Saying $195 per month (including ESTIMATED taxes. Could be a little more, or less is what I was told.) My bill was over $280. I had to make changes to my account to lower the bill. He added protection packages and other paid programs to my account with 2 lines. (I assume he got paid for signing me up on them.) Multiple calls to Verizon beared no fruit. They kept telling me "We can lower your plan- blah, blah." No. I wanted the price i was quoted. Wont be purchasing from this store again. Sad that Verizon is the only good service in my area. Cause i would change in a heartbeat.
