When my cat needed emergency surgery, they were the only non-emergency (read, the only affordable) vet in town who would see him in a reasonable time frame. After that surgery, they have been with us every step of the way in my kitty's recovery. I must have called 5 times a day the first several days, unsure if the complications warrented a visit or not. It would have been easy for them to tell me to come in every time just make more money off me, but they were very diligent at working with me over the phone to assess the situation and only have me come in when actually necesary. On one particular follow up visit, one of the younger female vet techs (I am so sorry I didn't get her name so I could thank her personally) actually paid for our care out of her own pocket. I was absolutely stunned and moved to tears. Her kindness will never be forgotten. These are a wonderful group of people and I would highly recommend taking your pet there. They will be in great hands!
