- ALAlana LindemanOct 27, 20251.0I used to take my pets to them a few years ago. I stopped because they had me coming in every month for some different shot. Eventually I asked “what shot does he need?” And they told me his rabies was out of date but I had it on his bill from 2 months prior. They were mad when I called them out on it. My mother was told her dog had an ear infection and they charged her a fortune for meds and such and the ear infection never went away. The dog passed a few years later with cauliflower ears. My sister went in for a cats runny nose and was told she had an ear infection. Multiple thousands in testing later the cat still has an ear infection and they “don’t have the results yet” (test was done a week ago). DONT GO HERE! Read the reviews because my families experiences are far from abnormal!

But i am very frustrated that Inleft this place with them knowing i was going to purchase the perscriptions from Chewy. They never once told me they needed tp do that or i would have to mail the perscription in. Chewy reached out for the perscription a week ago. Not one phone call from the vet to let me know i had to return the written one or mail them to chewy. Thank god these arent life saving perscriptions. I hate having time waisted for unjustified reasons. Get it together! Other than that.. the vet and staff was nice

They put things in a bag staple it shut and charge you double for things you don't need and can't return. They prey on people who love there pets. Shame on them. I did contact the office manager, she said I offended her for asking why my cats medicine cost $33.15 for qty10 when normally I get qty 30 for around $30 ? Her excuse was package fees? I say RIP-OFF! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT HOW TO EMPTY YOUR POCKETS!!!
