At this store, their business rep admitted that they had been overcharging me, charging for items they should not have been, we even had a line we canceled and they continued to bill that line for a year. Then when we audited the bills and caught these issues they told me they would not apply the credits to my account and we are talking about roughly $1000.00 in charges my company should not have paid. I am arranging to cancel the service here shortly. Do Not use Verizon!

I'm not exactly sure what the issue was, but Matt and Tre were super helpful in getting the problem solved. We ended up being there for awhile getting it fixed, and even when the store got super busy, they balanced everything as best they could. Eventually the called in Rivens for reinforcement, who was also super helpful. They even gave me 20% off a screen protector and case, which I really appreciated.
