At this store, their business rep admitted that they had been overcharging me, charging for items they should not have been, we even had a line we canceled and they continued to bill that line for a year. Then when we audited the bills and caught these issues they told me they would not apply the credits to my account and we are talking about roughly $1000.00 in charges my company should not have paid. I am arranging to cancel the service here shortly. Do Not use Verizon!
