- BBBA2 days ago1.0We had a terrible experience transferring our AT&T lines to Verizon at this location. We came in a week ago and placed our order. Xavier was kind and patient and told us the phones would be ready within 1–2 days. A week later, after three separate calls trying to understand the delay, we still have no information on when the phones will arrive. During one of those calls, the manager placed me on hold for over 20 minutes. I called back again and the manager told me he forgot he placed me in a call. He was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. We are now planning to cancel the order, but we were told that cancellation isn’t possible until the phones arrive. That means I have to call daily for updates because the staff does not communicate proactively or set clear expectations. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience due to poor communication and unprofessional management. I would not recommend this location.
