Juan explained everything to me, exchanged emails with me, answered every question and did not try to upsell me on any features I did not need. On the day we transferred our phones he spent a solid 2 hours giving me his undivided attention. Would highly recommend.

They listened patiently and figured out a way to apply the correct promotional device credit to our account that the first store did not do properly. The high level of professionalism and customer service - going well above and beyond in order to fix the issue - was impressive, and I was most grateful. I will be using this particular store for all of my family’s cell phone needs from here on out!
