I then had to spend over four hours at a corporate store and on the phone to fix their mistake. Save yourself the time and go to a corporate store instead.

Juan explained everything to me, exchanged emails with me, answered every question and did not try to upsell me on any features I did not need. The high level of professionalism and customer service - going well above and beyond in order to fix the issue - was impressive, and I was most grateful. I will be using this particular store for all of my family’s cell phone needs from here on out!
