Even the 1 line that wasn’t present. He handled everything and made it do seem less. I had fios already and be informed me on the discount for bundle and the perks options so I walked out with over 100 in savings from my T-Mobile bill.

Charged her $97 for a phone case and screen protector. Then charged her setup fees for “setting up” the phone she did end up adding to my account WHEN ALL HE DID WAS TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX. She didn’t set it up until she got home!!! So all in all when she should’ve just paid taxes which would’ve come out to around $120 she paid 307!!!!!! Absolute joke of a place. Never gave her a receipt. I had to go through my own channels to get one emailed to me. Never told her the price of the screen protector and case. AND added unnecessary things to my bill like a hotspot and apple one that none of us use.
