He makes me feel as though the art of selling products in a faithful and respectful way isn't dead. He tried to sell me protection, didn't want it. Tried to sell me Hulu and Disney, didn't want it. BUT HE DIDN'T PUSH. He was respectful of the boundaries I set. Then, if that wasn't enough, he told me he would remove my activation fees as a courtesy. I thought to myself "yeah right", because the activation fees had to be waived AFTER the first bill cycle. So, my hope remained that he might remember to remove the fee, but I wasn't counting on it. I left the store very satisfied with his service. But then HE DID IT. He REMEMBERED to remove the activation fees literally one MONTH after we spoke. I realize it SHOULD be standard procedure from companies to procure this type of service, but it isn't. I am impressed with Verizon. Well done to them and to Justin.

I was told to come back two days later and they would fix it for me. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Update: I have gone there 4 times (because I already started with them). The last time I finally got my tablet and watch. But they refused to set it up for me. Why? Because the guy who would be getting the commission wasn’t in the store so no one would help me. It’s now been many hours at home trying to work on getting my new tablet set up and it won’t resolve. Stay away from this reseller!!
