- RDRenee DeSandroNov 29, 20255.0I just started using them this year when I adopted from ACCT (Philadelphia’s Animal Control) and was given a coupon for a free visit at any VCA location. I am very happy with the vets and staff. My pup was so scared the first time we went that he hid under the chairs and refused to come out. One of the sweet staff members laid on the floor to coax him out. Now my dog loves going there and I know it is because he has a positive experience there. All the staff fuses over him and he loves it! The vets seem fair and honest so I am happy too! The place is decorated so cute! Highly recommend!

I told Her-Him 3-4 times that my dog may be sick & She Just well whatever basically. I'm not on here to name names. Only speek 100% TRUTHFUL WORDS, When somone has a SICK PUPPY MAYBE BE A LITTLE BIT MORE CARING. oh and P.S I am very new to this & I heard Her-Him talk some shit about me to someone next to The Receptionist Like I couldn't hear them. LOL. & Sorry and thats it. ALL FROM A PHONE CALL. P.S go look at any other review and see how many like this I have posted. Just to give ANYONE THE IDEA on how I post if I do at all.
