  I got a new phone a few months ago and wanted to keep my phone number. I saw there was some deal available for a new iphone, so I went in and the guy who was in that day let me know that I needed to be a new customer for the deal. Overall, he was very transparent from the get go. After telling me the different options he let me see what phone options were available, and while he did tell me it would be cheaper to do some other deal, I made it clear that I wanted to keep my number and he gave me no issues about it. After deciding on the 14plus, he was very clear on how much it would cost and answered every one of my questions very kindly. I also had a great chat with him about university/international study and other things while he was taking care of my stuff. The only caveat to getting the new phone is that I would technically have to start a new plan and wait a few days to switch the phone numbers but instead of waiting he went the extra mile to get my old number onto the new phone that day! I was really grateful and extremely satisfied with my experience there. I’ve been helped there before and also had a great time. Even after getting the new phone, I needed to cancel the other plan and called the help desk to do so since I was charged extra by accident too— while it did take multiple tries to talk to a human, once I finally did get a person he was very kind and helpful! I honestly love total wireless and it’s always got great prices and service too.
