- HKHaile KebedeOct 2, 20251.0I was treated very bad by the associate when I went to the store 131 opal wireless croxket store. The store worker name Evienne p treated me rudely and speak a racist remark by saying " go back to your country " . I was very disappointed by cricket customer service because of this type of issue. I went in to troubleshoot my phone as it said I had no sim card and there was a sim card in the phone. She stated there was no sim in thw phone and did not bother to check. She was disgruntled and told me I needed a new sim card. I left feeling attacked and insulted. I went to another Store on Oregon and S. 24th street where the gentelmen Emanuel refreshed my network settings and problem solved he was professional, respectful and welcoming.
