We already had Invisible Fence on our property, so I thought I was familiar with the uncomfortable training process our new pup would have to endure. That is, of course, until we met Val. She was absolutely incredible and connected with both our dogs immediately. I could tell she was well trained by the company, but I also sensed she loved animals. She took us through a three step training program that included very little pain and shock for our new puppy. She took the time to explain things in great detail and entertained our questions until she knew we were comfortable. Both our dogs got to know Val as the training progressed. They looked forward to playing with her. I can’t explain how strongly we felt about her knowledge and caring for both our dogs. I highly recommend her for any services you may need as I am certain you will have the same experience we did.

Stuart , the technician , came out to assess the system and we could not be more pleased. He was prompt and kept us informed of his arrival time. Once here, he immediately helped fix the problem and took the time to be sure our entire system ( and collars) were working properly. He friendly nature and professional attitude are a credit to The Invisible Fence company! Plus, he was great with our dog! His customer service reiterates why we use this company and are confident in its employees!
