From day one, Kyle came out and talked to us about what we were looking for and went over all of the options for what could meet our needs. Tom installed the fence for us and was easy to work with. He answered all our questions and didn’t mind that would son was extra curious and wanted to see what was going on the whole time. Julie trained our dogs and was helpful in troubleshooting some initial tech issues we ran in to. One of our collars broke and she replaced it the next day. Finally, Dwayne helped address some additional tech issues we had with making sure our WiFi properly connected to the system. We have been very happy so far and love the freedom our dogs have, and appreciate the peace of mind the fence provides us. Thanks Invisible Fence!
