- KDKait DaltonApr 3, 20201.0I went in because my old phone decided it no longer worked. The associate helped me get my new phone set up. I purchased the screen protector as well as a case. The girl put the screen protector on for me and put the phone in the case. I went out to the car and was showing my fiance and we noticed that the screen protector didnt even fit the phone (it was too small). I went back in and pointed this out to the girl and asked if I could get the correct one. She insisted it was correct. I asked if i could get my money back and she said no, but she could offer me another case at no charge. I did not want the other case, i didnt need it. She then called her manager, Rosie, who wanted to talk to me. She was very snarky and kept informing that the screen protector was correct. Finally she sighed audibly and said well what do you want me to do? I want you to give me my money back! She spoke to the associate again to concede once again to another case. After the interaction i was just done and agreed to the case. I offered to take the screen protector off my phone and leave it there but they didnt want it back. We leave and head home only to have the store call me to tell me they want me to turn around and bring the screen protector back!! We took it back and the associate ADMITS it was the wrong protector but "thats all they have there! So she put the wrong protector on my phone KNOWINGLY! She also knew they would not refund me. I have been dealing with boost for years and have NEVER had such awful customer service. I will never use this store again!
