Took my one cat in because he was having diarrhea. He got diagnosed with giardia. Medication for three of my cats was given. The one cat was showing no symptoms but was still given medication to treat. The fourth cat was not given medication because he wasnt seen at the clinic yet. Thats fine. I brought in the fourth cat as he started showing symptoms and having diarrhea. I felt extremely uncomfortable as they pushed me to do the stool sample for the fourth cat before giving him medication. I dont have that kind of money right now to spend on the overpriced stool sample. The fourth cat is showing symptoms of giardia and it is very likely he has it because the other cats have it. Why is it that the vet didnt want to give my cat (who has symptoms) a medication even though my other cat (who had no symptoms) got treated with the medication. Felt so uncomfortable and might not come back to this clinic.

Explain to me why you charge $300 for a Titer test, that cost about $100. Also, you won't allow Panels, they must be individually tested? That's ridiculous. Also, I asked the Doc if the Vac is Thimerosal Free, and they didn't know?! How is that possible? It cost 3x's more today, to take your dog to the Vet, and they only live half as long. Unreal!!

do not go here our fairly new kitten had gotten sick, throwing up, not eating, barely moving. So we took him to this “free” first visit vet thinking it would be cheaper because well we don’t have 500 dollars lying around to pay in pet fees but we just wanted out baby to get better. So we get there i will say they were nice and the wait time was short. But once we got in the room the vet started pressing what seemed to be like it hurt because legit(his name) was meowing so loudly and mind you he had no energy at all. Then he says he has a respiratory infection immediately and is honestly barely talking to us while we’re actively talking to him. Then they take him give him fluids which cost 100 bucks give him nausea medication. Then once all of that is done they try charging us 500 dollars for it all.(for the exam, fluids and medication). so we go home and we notice he’s still not getting any better and the next day he is so stiff, his eyes were just open and he looked in so much pain so we took him to the vet first thing and they had told us he had a stomach bug and what was given to him shouldn’t of been. i just feel like this is extreme negligence and for what they are charging they should at least be getting the diagnosis right?? very sadly and i’m still heartbroken over this he had to be euthanized because there was nothing to be done that wouldn’t take thousands more and even then it wasn’t a sure thing. now our kitten is gone and i’d just strongly advise anyone planning on going here. just don’t there is way better vets that actually know what they’re doing.
